Default 533 Mt. Prospect Ave. Neighborhood Blight
When is something going to be done with the city owned building at Ballantine Pky & Mt. Prospect Ave. It is a historic building that the city is letting rot. In the past 10 years the City has mowed the lawn twice. Dead trees are left standing. Other trees are growing into the foundation and windows and other opening leave the interior exposed to all kinds of weather.

This house could be a jewel with its NYC skyline views. Instead it is a dump owned by the City of Newark. I have directly asked the Mayor and Councilman to address this multiple times and have only recieved empty promises. I have even offered to care for it myself to no avail. Can the county or the state help?
