ProSouth MASTER MEMBER Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Southward, Weequahic Section, Newark, N.J. Posts: 3,353	Southward Council Race O.K., right now I know of four candidates who have announced they are running for councilman here in the south, John James, Tharien K. Arnold and Oscar James, Jr. and possibly Donald Bradley.. Bradley may be in the race if John James runs At-Large as Sharpe spoke of this weekend on NJN.
