I'm really contemplating about selling my home bc ever since I bought my home here there's been nothing but increases and I know for afact we pay double what everyone else is in Newark. Meanwhile crime is going up here and there's slot less patrols then in other parts of Newark. I think one police officer said there's only two patrol cars patrolling here at night WTF. For a small two fam in north ironbound I pay 8.5k meanwhile bigger two gams in weequahic and vailsburgh pay a he'll of a lot less. Mayb we should just let the area go to sh:t and then they can c what they're about to lose. My cuz has a an old three fam in south ironbound and pays 13k. Makes no sense and is unfair. I guess you do good and get punish for it. for those saying I haven't lived here my whole life, well I have so come up with another one!
