Charon is the voice for Central Ward residents seniors citizens , children, adults…… unlike Charles A. Bell

what has Charles Bell done?

What piece of Legislation has Bell pass since serving on the City Council (4 years and 18 months)
that’s Bell’s job as a legislator to make laws not to style and profile

Can you comprehend the language written. Charles Bell has never been a good councilman…Never!!!
Everything Bell touch crumbles for an example the school board, his council tenure from 2002-2006, etc….. Come on and get real newarkcentral..
