Tam, that's in large part due to the Press Releases, the majority of which are automated. I publish everything I receive, and the fact is that City Hall publishes at least one PR per day.

Cory's aware of the site -- I've spoken with him a couple of times -- but I'm sure it's hardly a blip on his radar. The Mayor's profile, as you know, far exceeds the city limits: with 1.1+ million followers on Twitter, our few thousand pageviews a month isn't enough to move the needle on his online profile.

TDN is, however, a great way to connect with your neighbors, to share your personal Newark story, and to discuss issues that matter to you most. We'll be around long after the Mayor has moved on, promoting sustainable growth in our city.

Such a statement as yours certainly indicates you know something for sure, no one else does. NewarkSpeaks is speaking up -- not in favor of Mr. Booker & Council per se' -- but to the issues and ACCOUNTABILITY. Don't waste time trying to curry favor with Booker, he's proven to be ungrateful to his supporters and, if you are a Newarker, he won't add a dime to your coffers. Good luck with your initiatives
